I have been preparing medicolegal reports since 2006 and provide 500+ reports a year.To date I have prepared > 15,000 medicolegal orthopaedic reports including clinical negligence and high value personal injury claims.

My medicolegal experience includes upper and lower limb trauma and spinal injuries including soft tissue injuries including whiplash. Complex lower limb injuries including hip, knee, foot and ankle injuries and major trauma are also within my expertise.

I have experience since 2006 as a general trauma consultant surgeon treating and operating on upper/lower limb fractures and 7 years plus experience as a major trauma consultant surgeon dealing with multiple injuries. I also have experience treating all aspects of lower limb injuries i.e. hip, knee and foot and ankle with a sub specialism in knee trauma.

My main specialism for clinical negligence and defendant work is Lower Limb Injury, General Orthopaedics and trauma/mulitple trauma and Knee Surgery.

I have been providing clinical negligence reports both Breach of Duty/Causation and Condition/Prognosis reports since 2006 and provided 75 plus reports per year.

I am Bond Solon Trained and am a Cardiff Law School Accredited Expert Witness and previously a MedCo Accredited RTA Soft Tissue Expert Witness DME46. I continue to keep up to date with ongoing CPD in medicolegal issues.

I provide both claimant and defendant reports and provide defendant reports for NHS Resolution, UK Government Department of Justice and Insurance Companies. I have experience in Insurance Claim assessments and disability assessment.

My waiting times for a consultation are within 3 months from instruction.

I aim to return the report within 2 – 3 weeks of receipt of any records.

I have a vast amount of experience in both claimant and defendant cases in personal injury and clinical negligence which give me a balanced appreciation of all medicolegal cases.

My Claimant:Defendant ratio is approximately 60:40 and have experience attending court.
